Privacy notice

Last updated 30 July 2026
Information we handle
We process information you provide when creating an account, profile, vacancy, saved search or application. This may include contact details, employment history, application answers and uploaded résumés.
Why we use it
- To provide job search, application and hiring workflows.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and investigate reports.
- To send requested service messages and job alerts.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Sharing and access
Application information is available to the employer responsible for the vacancy. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf for hosting, email, payments, security and operations. We do not publish private contact details or résumés as part of a public profile.
Retention and your choices
Retention depends on the record, market and legal obligation. You can update account information, pause saved-search alerts and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Contact support@jobs.local for a privacy request.
International processing
A market deployment must document its controller, processors, storage locations and transfer safeguards before production launch.
